Sierra Mowry is the Founder of Sierra Bravo Aviation, a boutique aircraft brokerage serving discerning owners and operators across the business aviation market. Raised around aviation, Sierra began flight training at 16 and quickly learned firsthand the gravity of aircraft ownership and decision-making when she experienced an engine failure during her first solo cross-country — successfully executing an emergency landing and completing her training thereafter.

That early experience shaped her calm, detail-oriented approach to aviation transactions. Sierra entered aircraft brokerage in 2022 and specializes in guiding clients through every phase of the acquisition and sales process, from market positioning and valuation to technical oversight and closing strategy.

Known for her discretion, strategic mindset, and relationship-driven style, she works closely with owners, operators, and advisors to deliver highly tailored outcomes rather than volume-driven deals.

Beyond brokerage, Sierra has led high-profile aviation events for UHNW individuals and cultivated cross-industry partnerships that enhance client access and deal flow. She is actively involved in industry safety initiatives through her volunteer work with the NBAA Safety Committee and serves as Chief Strategy & Operations Officer for Aviators for Autism, advancing programs that introduce the neurodivergent community to aviation through experiential education and career pathways.
