Founder of Sierra Bravo Aviation, Sierra Lund, grew up around aviation and started her flight training at the age of 16 years old. As a student pilot, she experienced an engine failure on take off during her first solo cross country and was forced to land on a nearby golf course. Sierra walked away from this experience and finished her flight training in her father’s Citabria. This unique story spread quickly, and provided her the opportunity to speak on a wide variety of platforms from Good Morning America to EAA Air-Venture in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Through this, Sierra discovered that sharing aviation with others was going to be her true passion.

 

Sierra began her aircraft brokering career in April 2022, with a focus on business aviation. She is passionate about guiding her clients through every step of the transaction process, while also advocating for business aviation within the broader industry. Most recently, she had the opportunity to join the NBAA's young professional group on Capitol Hill, where they met with lawmakers to showcase the significant societal and economic contributions of the aviation sector.

 

In addition to her aviation expertise, Sierra has a background in organizing high-profile events for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, investors, and family offices. She has also played a key role in building strategic partnerships with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Currently, Sierra serves as the Head of Partnerships for Aviators for Autism, a nonprofit dedicated to providing the neurodivergent community with exposure to aviation through travel experiences and career development opportunities.
